You need a valid pool safety certificate (Form 23) issued within the last 2 years for sales, or within 90 days for leasing. Regular inspections are also recommended to ensure ongoing compliance and family safety.
A typical residential pool inspection takes 30-60 minutes, depending on the pool size and complexity of the barrier. We conduct a thorough inspection of all barriers, gates, CPR signage, and compliance requirements. You'll receive a detailed report, usually within 24 hours.
If we identify non-compliance issues, we'll provide a detailed report with photos showing exactly what needs to be fixed. We'll explain the requirements and can often recommend solutions. Once you've made the necessary repairs, we can conduct a re-inspection for $99 to issue your compliance certificate.
While it's not mandatory, we recommend being present so we can explain any issues we find and answer your questions on the spot. If you can't be there, we can conduct the inspection and provide a detailed report with photos and explanations.
